ABOUT CURTIS HARREN
Leadership Behavior Intelligence is understanding the neuroscience behind, and drivers of, a leader\'s core behaviors.are your behaviors and habits supporting your goals or sabotaging them? I facilitate work happiness and engagement. The greatest frustration in business are it\'s people. The greatest asset of any business is its people. Alignment of innovation, activity toward the vision and pace of growth while meeting people\'s needs is key to dealing with frustration. The language landscape of business is changing. Historically, believe it or not, it\'s changed. In the 1930\'s, because of the depression the business language was focused on control, costs, and survival. Afterward it shifted to families because so many were so drastically impacted by the depression. By the late \'60\'s business language started to focus on money. Make money, save money, bring in more money,\"serve the all mighty god of money\". While this language focus is still very much at play, starting about 10 years ago, and in conjunction with the burgeoning Millennial workforce, the business language has been shifting to a focus on Relationships. Don\'t believe me? When did the concept of \"relationship selling\" start to show up? What about those businesses who\'ve adopted areas of the office where relationships can be built (in-house coffee shop, lounges, games room, etc).when did they start to show up? The challenge shows up when different personalities are at play, where some speak the language of money while others speak the language of relationships. This can create an incredible amount of tension and challenge for leadership. There are a lot of balls at play in any given day in a business. At the heart of them all are the relationships inside the business; between leaders and teams, among team members, between staff and customers or clients.
