I have over 30 years in the training industry as a CEO, change consultant, strategic business leader, co-author, content developer and coach. Today I am the Vice President of International Direct Offices for FranklinCovey, where I first joined in 2014 equipped with long-standing experience in helping organisations succeed amidst complexity, and co-creating transformative training solutions, such as: • Change Element• Leaders@Change• Managing Millennials• Millennials@Work• Change Practitioner My passion for enabling companies ‘at change’ was developed early on in my career and has only increased over the years with the growing speed, uncertainty, and competitiveness of the world.
