   Joined the Project Management Group at Cushman & Wakefield and has over 19 years of experience in architecture, project management and construction. His services have covered all phases of the project management process, including programming, site analysis, scheduling, budgeting, and construction administration.Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Project Management Group, Mr. Tong was Project Manager for Gartner Inc. for over three years. In that position, Mr. Tong managed the design and construction for 12 of the firm’s North American facilities, totaling over $33 million in construction costs. His responsibilities included the management of architects, engineers, construction contractors, and data & Voice specialists. He later was hired on as the National Account Manager and successfully managed the facilitation process of 44 properties throughout Gartner’s North America region.Mr. Tong was also Project Manager for Citibank for five years. During this time he managed all phases of project development from design to completion of 21 retail sites. All ranged from to $5 Million and were completed on time and under budget winning several Citi Star Awards given by the clients for their appreciation.Presently as Senior Project Director, Mr. Tong manages all phases of his clients’ real estate projects, from design, conception, and construction to tenant occupancy of the space. He works with clients to develop their programmatic requirements, budget, schedules, and assists in hiring the project team comprised of architects, engineers, contractors, and various vendors needed for the job. On a day-to-day basis, he assists with design and construction administration to ensure that projects meet the design, budget and schedule criteria set by the client.
