I work in sales development, but the part of the job I\'m best at isn\'t selling — it\'s noticing how things work and where they could work better. I pay attention to the tools my team uses, the way our messaging lands, and whether the systems around us are actually set up for the outcomes we want.I studied political science at UBC, which gave me a framework for thinking about complex systems, incentive structures, and why organizations behave the way they do. I apply that lens to everything — whether it\'s qualifying a prospect or questioning why a workflow exists in the first place.I\'m drawn to early-stage companies where the problems aren\'t fully defined yet and the people solving them get to shape what the company becomes.
