Review, make improvement suggestions, and ensure all the contentreviewed by A11Y Concerns L.L.C including websites, marketingmaterials, and documents meet WCAG 2.1, Section 508 Title II, ADA,and the company’s policies and standards. Extensive knowledge of Section 508 Title II laws, WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 /2.2,levels A, AA, & success criteria, sufficient techniques, and failures. Utilize automated accessibility tools (WAVE (Web AccessibilityEvaluation Tool), ANDI (Accessible Name & Description Inspector),Lighthouse, CCA (Colour Contrast Analyzer)) to identify and validatebarriers quickly Navigate each page of each website via; mouse, keyboard only, andscreen reader AT to uncover barriers or points of confusion notnecessarily found by automated tools Review code (HTML, ARIA, CSS) to identify errors and provideimprovement suggestions to the development team Work together with our screen-reader-only Accessibility Specialists toidentify any remaining barriers and have them remediated by thedevelopment team. I must understand the barriers encountered andthe necessary steps/ code to remove them. Review and audit web pages, compliance with Section 508 Title II, andWCAG 2.1 (A & AA). Modifying and/or teaching partners we work with on how to modifyexisting applications, templates, websites, and documents to be 508,and WCAG compliant. Keep up to date on all Federal, State and local agency regulationupdates.
