Arrange a confidential call:c•••••@williams-anthony.co.uk I must admit I found my way into recruitment and the Construction Consultancy market in 2005 by happenstance. After years of working my way through different markets (Geotechnical, Environmental, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical and Surveying) I developed a huge amount of respect and admiration for those involved in the industry. The reasons for this is primarily because I love the Built Environment. The buildings (new and old), bridges, roads, landscapes and how it all interacts with how we live and share the environment with each other and wildlife. If I had to start life again, I believe I would have had a role in a similar consultancy capacity. The next best thing, which coincidently brings me back to recruitment, is, how much I enjoy getting to hear people’s stories. Whether its business owners and the culture they are trying to bring to their business or individuals looking to improve their quality of life, I genuinely like to listen and help people achieve their goals. I started this business in 2019 because I think this bringing the right people together can be lost in targets, KPI’s and sales cultures. My personal goal is to work hard at finding the best talent available and finding the best opportunities that I can represent. Then working in a collaborative, relationship forming partnership where we all win.
