Operated in highly regulated airspace, coordinating with multiple ATCs to navigate CTRs, MATZs, and TDAs while ensuring safety and compliance.Team Leadership & Flight Management:Managed multidisciplinary teams on-site, developed daily flight plans, and conducted mission briefings and debriefings. Supervised pilots and operators to maintain flight safety, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.Training & Capability Development:Delivered hands-on training to Skyports RPs and HOs, covering aircraft handling, emergency scenario simulations, and live flight supervision—enhancing pilot capability and raising operational standards across the organisation.Aircraft Testing & OEM Engagement:Represented Skyports in China and the US for OEM training on heavy-lift fixed-wing VTOL aircraft. Assessed operational suitability—including BVLOS capability, GCS software, and maintenance workflows—and translated insights into standardised documentation.Safety, Maintenance & Compliance:Performed high-level maintenance across multiple platforms to maximise uptime. Developed risk assessments, managed in-flight risk, and delivered key safety demonstrations to global regulators.From simulating LEO satellite trajectories to delivering critical medical supplies in remote locations, I have consistently delivered on complex operations that expand what’s possible with drones.
