Director of Preconstruction Services and Estimating Manager for a heavy civil construction firm, with vast experience performing both alternative project delivery (Design-Build, EPC, & CMGC contracts) as well as conventional Design-Bid-Build deliveries. Managerial duties include the overall resource leveling and day-to-day management of a fast-paced and dynamic estimating and preconstruction department; responsible for overseeing all internal and external estimates, schedules, and technical proposal documents, while identifying new project leads and opportunities in order to maintain the necessary backlog to support a growing construction company. My 17 years of experience in the construction industry have helped me to develop a robust skillset and passion for cost estimating and project planning.
