Curtis holds both Bachelor of Science (1994) and Master of Architecture (1996) degrees from the University of Utah. His career began in 1990 with custom home designs which then progressed into commercial architecture. He founded Curtis Miner Architecture in November of 1998 (renamed CORE Architecture in 2023) and has managed the firm since that time. He has served the community in many positions including the Pleasant Grove AIA R/UDAT Committee, American Heritage School Board of Trustees, Pleasant Grove Planning Commission, Pleasant Grove Downtown Design Committee, Pleasant Grove Historic Commission, the AIA Central Utah Executive Board, Harrington Center for the Arts Board, and the UVU Architecture Advisory Board.Curtis is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is a registered Architect in the State of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon, Washington, and Montana.
