ABOUT CURTIS MENON
I have been working with TD for the past five years after completing my education at McMaster University. I currently work as an advisor within the retail setting for mortgage related needs as well as investments. In addition, I am apart of an ambassador network for an internal ideation platform that operates across TD. I have received various quarterly spotlight nominations across the region from TD and recognized continuously for my consistent legendary customer experience. I have implemented various procedural and process changes throughout the organization with the help of my Lean Six Sigma background. I provide daily coaching to my colleagues, assist branch staff with support for everyday needs (technological, procedural and implemented change guidance).
