Curtis Leopardo is a second generation member of the Leopardo family. In 2015, Curtis launched Leopardo Efficiency. Within its first seven years under Curtis’s leadership, the division delivered more than 60 projects, generated over $100 million in revenue, and guaranteed nearly $1 billion in energy and operational savings for its clients. The firm’s strategy centers on identifying energy inefficient infrastructure, converting wasteful spending into positive cash flow, and reinvesting those savings into modernized, higher performance facilities.Curtis is the co founder and a board member of We The Studios, a family friendly streaming platform focused on original, values driven entertainment. Under his leadership, the company has produced multiple original series across reality, docu series, and lifestyle genres, building a growing library of evergreen content designed to serve audiences seeking wholesome, high quality programming outside the traditional Hollywood system.Before founding Leopardo Efficiency and We The Studios, Curtis managed a Los Angeles based private equity fund focused on feature films and unscripted television. Through that platform he helped produce hundreds of hours of docu drama programming for major broadcast and cable networks, giving him deep experience in content creation, production, and monetization.Outside of business, Curtis is also a professional wrestler performing under the persona Made In America, also known as MIA.Curtis is a member of the Orlando chapter of YPO, a global leadership organization made up of founders, CEOs, and senior executives from around the world.
