Prior to picking up the phone, I was a Weapons Engineer in the Royal Navy & Marine Engineering Apprentice at Princess Yachts. I’m only on this side of the table because I have contact dermatitis (not nice or pretty) and can’t play with oils, grease, GRP etc. With that, and my journey since, I bring sound technical knowledge and life experience to the table, which helps a lot in what I do. If you feel, like most of the people I work with, that recruiters just aren’t getting it - that’s where I come in.
