I bring over two decades of leadership experience developing people, improving performance, and building strong, accountable teams. As a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief and current educator and coach, my focus has always been the same—help individuals reach their full potential while strengthening the systems around them. With a Master’s in Human Services and a background in Psychology, I combine real-world leadership experience with a deep understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics. I have led large teams, designed training programs, analyzed performance data, and implemented strategies that drive measurable improvement. Today, I am continuing to grow in areas such as data analysis, program evaluation, and organizational development, with a focus on transitioning into roles within Industrial-Organizational Psychology and human capital strategy. I am also exploring school counseling as a way to expand my impact at the student level. I am passionate about leadership, mentorship, and creating environments where people can succeed—and I bring a disciplined, solutions-focused mindset to every opportunity.
