I represent the interests of clients from pre-litigation counseling and strategy through trial and appeals. I have appeared in, and argued, a variety of matters before kall of the courts in Delaware including: Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas, Justice of the Peace Court, United States District Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Bankruptcy Court, as well as federal courts in Pennsylvania and around the country. I am certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court and help clients in connection with ADR (alternative dispute resolution) such as arbitration and mediation including devising and implementing ADR plans and strategies to assist clients. Experience in many areas of commercial and civil litigation, including litigation involving ERISA, trusts & estates, employment, construction, consumer law and warranties, contracts, commercial collections, real estate and general commercial and business-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Substantial experience in bankruptcy-related litigation, contested matters and adversary proceedings, including both prosecuting and defending preference and other avoidance action litigation in bankruptcy courts.
