Developed and implemented budget operation reporting process and procedures. Budgeting 2 million dollars a year in expenses and preparing monthly and annual reports. Database management and design. Data modeling and migration. Converting data from one form into another. This would include XML, HL7, DICOM, structured and unstructured data. Manage the mammography workflow and QA process. Improved, implemented and enforced policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that enhanced the overall operation of the organization. Within two years designed, implemented and migrated three data centers. Physical servers where migrated to virtual servers using Citrix XenServer and VMWare which reduced infrastructure cost and improved upon high availability. Migrated 900 terabytes of image data from EMC to NetApp. Duties would include install, configure, maintain and manage all server, workstation, and network equipment within the enterprise and at remote locations. Assisted with developing and implementing Joint Commission Accreditation Health Care Certification (JACHO). Performed system administration on picture archival and communications systems (PACS), radiology information systems (RIS) and voice recognition reporting systems.
