Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives and support Inside Account Managers, driving sales and customer service for CP Skin Health brands across the U.S.• Hire, train, and mentor cross-functional teams; develop performance plans and coaching strategies to foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture.• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Field Sales on product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.• Represent CP Skin Health at tradeshows and industry events, supporting product education and partner engagement.• Oversee CRM and communication platforms (SAP, C4C, NICE inContact, Google Workspace) to ensure streamlined workflows and accurate reporting.• Manage escalations and high‑priority accounts; partner with internal teams to deliver tailored B2B solutions.• Identify and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency, sales performance, and customer responsiveness.• Report to the Head of Professional Sales; responsible for a customer base of estheticians, medical spas, dermatology and plastic surgery offices, and other medical-grade skincare providers.
