   As part of a 2-year Career Pathways Grant, I am leading the efforts to start an aviation education program at Nicolet College. We will be working to raise awareness of the wide variety of aviation careers through a Private Pilot Ground School, flight simulator education, Part 107 drone ground school, working with northern Wisconsin aviation businesses and other aviation experiences. Prior to this position at Nicolet, I taught students in the Business and Entrepreneurship department for 4 years. Our goal was to prepare our students for their business careers, along with helping them organize and write business plans to successfully start their own companies.
