My career is providing commercial real estate appraisal and sale/purchase services throughout interior central Florida, western North Carolina, and north Georgia for a variety of purposes including financing, estate issues, title issues, buy and sell decisions, etc. I obtained the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute in 1986. I am a state-certified general real estate appraiser in Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia. I am a licensed real estate broker in Florida, North Carolina (Mountain Streams Real Estate, Hayesville, NC), and Georgia (also Mountain Streams) with emphasis on commercial and acreage real estate, with occasional specialty residential assignments.
