I have had 14 years of heavy multi family and single family building experience. Since graduation from Southern Methodist University, I have devoted my career in learning all aspects of the building industry. I have built over 1150 units from the ground up and have managed units of Class A apartment rehabilitation. I have performed a 30mill dollar buy out for a 300 unit apartment site. These years of experience have given me a very well rounded education in the construction industry.
