GMSA is the largest adult soccer organization in the Mid-South. Depending on the season, anywhere from 65 to 85 teams compete in multiple men\'s, coed, women\'s, and \"legends\"(men\'s 7v7 over-35) divisions based on skill level. Approximately 1200 players from across the region call GMSA home each season.GMSA also co-sponsors the annual \"RIBS\" 7v7 Tournament, held each May as a fundraiser for the LeBonheur Children\'s Hospital Neuroscience Institute, and the March Of Dimes, having raised more than over the life of the event. Teams from across the region (Missouri, Texas, Mississippi, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia) have participated.
