20+ years in the commercial construction industry as a construction manager and general contractor has given me a wide range of experience through working with retailers, developers, restaurants, hospitality chains, self-storage, health & fitness clubs, daycares, and numerous other types of builds. I have managed the process and projects directly and later managed teams of people to successfully complete these projects. Coaching, training, mentoring, and making others successful has given me so much satisfaction throughout that time. I have a proven track record of providing superior customer service through effective management and coordination with multiple clients to deliver the project in a timely manner on budget, within scope, and to the client\'s satisfaction
