Co-Founder of HB-Risk with Jack Baker of Stanford University. Our first focus has been to create a user-friendly commercial-grade software that implements the advanced FEMA P-58 (ATC-58) analysis method. We call the software the Seismic Performance Prediction Program (SP3). Our goal is to enable engineers to utilize this advanced FEMA P-58 method and benefit from all that it has to offer.
