About Curt Esper

I have enjoyed 28 years of facilities management, office management, and purchasing experience, 24 years of them in the healthcare industry. Am always looking for a creative, permanent career position, not necessarily in healthcare. My favorite part of current/prior positions is general operations management, including but not limited to: maintenance coordination, purchasing, employee onboarding, and event coordinating for charitable and other staff activities.

   Assist in change management as the organization relocated to a newly-built office building; Facilities maintenance coordinator (locks/keys, plumbing, electrical, doors, HVAC, windows, roofing, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) including responding to staff requests received through the JIRA ticketing system; Working with outside vendors, etc. and facilities contract administration and serve as primary liaison with facility vendors; Oversee and assist with the upkeep of the office environment in common areas such as kitchens, conference rooms, etc; Coordinate and maintain records and disseminate pertinent office information as it relates to facility operations, such as office maps, office keys, etc; Provide general office training for new and existing employees, including office security; Assist in management of security system, including but not limited to badges, visitors log, alarm codes, and new employment orientation; Support IT and Operations on security, evacuation plans, evacuation maps, etc; Serve as Evacuation Lead and Administrator of the disaster management team; Anticipate and manage inventory, and ordering of office supplies; Support the VP of Operations with special projects, as needed. Event Coordinator for charitable giving and staff activities.
