About Curt Carmichael
Over a 40+ year career in the energy industry, I have held technical, operations, commercial, financial, and leadership positions. Most recently I have evaluated and structured investment opportunities, commercial transactions, partnerships, owner rights and options in growth situations while shepherding capital allocation and negotiating legal arrangements. These efforts have encompassed organic development, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets activity.Functioning as a board member for various organizations, I have had the opportunity to influence growing businesses on startup funding, technology development, cash burn rates, revenue development, and capital expenditures. Additionally, issues like debt and equity financing, voting rights and obligations, Internal interactions between management and investors, liquidation preferences, exit events, and litigation have been addressed.With the combination of both technical and business experiences, I enjoy working on strategy, innovation, growth, and business transformation. I reside in Tulsa, OK, and welcome the opportunity to work with entities in various locations.
