   Turnaround Manager is responsible for managing contract and company resources in an organization that will plan and then execute major turnarounds ($30MM -$100MM) with the objectives of ensuring safety, environmental compliance, controlling costs and duration, such that the operating unit(s) is restored and/or upgraded in mechanical integrity and process efficiency. Responsible for providing the leadership, coordination, and guidance for the implementation / enhancements of turnaround principles associated with safety best practices, budgeting, planning, scheduling, projects controls, forecasting, execution, and close out for assigned turnarounds. Develops T/A Premise, assigns qualified resources and obtains integrated resources from sister Plants /, obtains necessary funding, and communicates turnaround status / issues to Steering Team and Plant Management. Champions the use of T/A Best Practices, manages the preparation and execution of major turnarounds, and provides the leadership to ensure T/A interests and expectations remain in focus and consistently achieve results.
