   Build maintenance and engineering organization to support Operations at 3 (three) acquired terminals (Freeport TX, St. Charles LA, and Plaquemine LA) per VIIA contract agreement with DOW • Mentor several maintenance/engineering direct and in-direct reports to maximize employee productivity and individual performances (teams of 40+ individuals) • Develop KPI\'s (safety, backlog, budget, project completion, etc.) and set goals for both departments • Create work order management process to ensure smooth collaborative daily completion of repairs and Preventive Maintenance • Coordinate all technical and engineering matters between the terminal, customer, authorities, consultants and contractors • Provide technical support and corporate governance to greenfield and brownfield capital construction and maintenance projects to meet the needs of terminal operating groups • Lead efforts to execute annual $19MM+ Cap-Ex project budget to sustain long-term growth plans that meet company business directives • Stay current on all Federal, state, local, and Company safety and environmental regulations and policies
