Remote Event Support for Eli Lilly (March 2020 - January 2021) For all of 2020 I helped guide multiple business units at Eli Lilly navigate through the new challenges of a full remote workforce during the Covid-19 pandemic. I lead and supported numerous virtual events utilizing Citrix platforms including GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar. I also helped educate new users on how to utilize Microsoft Teams to build better digital communication and meeting platforms for their teams. Onsite Support for Roche Diagnostics (January 2021-April 2022)At Roche I was part of the team maintaining a campus full of A/V Room systems to be ready when the company began its return to the office process. This included preventive maintenance on their more than 250 existing rooms, and building whole new systems. I also oversaw the move into a new Audio Visual storage facility and helped build an inventory tracking system to help maintain our parts.Onsite Support at Salesforce (April 2022 - Present)Currently supporting Salesforce at their downtown Indianapolis headquarters. Here I am responsible for maintaining 130 A/V Room Systems using Google, Logitech, and Q-Sys technologies. I also help support events for five different spaces in the tower.
