I sit at the intersection of operational leadership and product creation. For the last 15 years I’ve delivered measurable results in complex, high-pressure environments — managing IT asset and configuration programmes for end-users, leading a FreshService CMDB migration at a global MSP, and driving operational turnarounds such as reducing customer churn from 14.5% to 3.8%. I build and lead teams that consistently hit KPIs while optimising processes, SLAs, and vendor relationships. At the same time, I founded and launched UsePathly.com — a live AI-powered career platform.
