Construction Contract & Cost Lead, providing commercial assurance and effective project control services to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to Client’s quality and functional requirements.Currently leading the commercial management of multiple new data center campuses, with a recognized capability in guiding the Client and Project Teams, informing procurement strategies, mitigating risks, predicting costs, pursuing value for money, and managing supplier relationships as well as their performance and entitlements.15 years international experience. A Chartered Member of the RICS and hold a 1st Class in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading, England. A technical expert in cost and contract management of general contracting and civil engineering works in sectors like parliaments, data centers, rail stations, government offices, hospital labs, heritage buildings, retail, commercial, leisure, vertical transportation, and distribution centers. Also practiced on a range of progressive forms of contracts e.g. AIA, the New Engineering Contract (All Options), the JCT Standard Building Contract /Design and Build.
