About Cullen Farrar

As a prior Operations Superintendent at the United States Space Force, I led a team of 180 personnel in analyzing and reporting on foreign counterspace integration, space domain awareness, orbital and information warfare threats. I have over 13 years of experience in the space (missile warning/defense) and ISR communities, and I hold a PMP certification and an MBA in project management.I am passionate about delivering innovative and efficient solutions to support the space mission and enhance our strategic deterrence capabilities. I have coordinated foreign space intelligence reports to various stakeholders, liaised with national and international partners, and developed digital transformation initiatives for data dissemination and continuity. I have also managed complex IT systems, created and delivered bilingual satellite communications procedures, created and managed a number of programs and projects, and trained personnel on missile warning and defense. I am a well-rounded leader who cultivates cohesion, innovation, and empowerment among my team.
