   Hospitality venues are understaffed on a historic level, with the labor pool still being short by more than one million workers, all while America is dining out more than ever. For each worker that a restaurant is short-staffed, they are losing thousands of dollars in revenue per shift. Each day, restaurant operators are spending multiple hours trying to get shifts covered internally, as well as spending thousands of dollars each month posting jobs. Then, after desperately hiring someone, they are faced with approximately in additional costs for training, just to have the employee quit two weeks later. Even before COVID, though, this industry has championed exceedingly high turnover and low technology. Now, it is being forced to adapt in order to survive. This is our opportunity to change the future of work to a solution that prevails even when understaffing is no longer an issue. Our platform removes the burden of finding shift coverage, improperly hiring, forfeiting potential revenue, wasting training resources, and perpetuating the cycle of record-high turnover.
