Currently in development of our 4th campus, Wesley at Tehaleh in Bonney Lake, WA and in the second phase of a 3 phase redevelopment of our flagship campus in Des Moines, WA.

I\'m blessed to have a job that allows me to use a variety of skills and talents. A life-long marketer, I\'m responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Wesley Homes retirement communities and home care/home health services. With a small team of nimble, creative associates, we employ print and electronic communications, strategically place advertising and use public relations tools to build brand awareness and customer engagement. My other hat involves planning and implementing new project development/construction. Not only are we developing a new retirement community in Puyallup, we are also beginning the process to redevelop half of our Des Moines retirement community over the next 8-10 years. Starting with building trust and engaging residents, we are developing the master plan for over 500 new independent, assisted living and skilled nursing accommodations.
