About Christopher Todd Burgess

With over 25 years of leadership and management experience from my military career, I’m now a Salesforce Certified Professional eager to contribute as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Customer Success Manager, or Consultant. I have hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform and am passionate about leveraging technology to improve organizational productivity and efficiency. When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my family and keeping score for my daughter’s softball team. I also enjoy perfecting my pizza-making skills (still trying not to burn the edges!), running—even if I’m not as fast as I used to be—tackling challenging CrossFit workouts that keep me humble, traveling to both familiar and new places, and hitting the golf course (though I’ll spare you my handicap). Additionally, I’m always exploring creative ways to craft compelling data visualizations that tell a great story or make complex ideas easier to understand.

   Own the Salesforce Orgs for two organizations-Enable the operations of the service, operations, and development teams through routine check-ins on how Salesforce supports them- Manage the teams\' projects, tasks, and deadlines through Asana-Perform the Salesforce administrative functions, including user management, security settings, and platform customization for both Orgs-Distill and develop operational requirements to allow the Salesforce developers to build correct solutions-Transitioned the data from a legacy system to Salesforce. Used SQL to extract, transform, and load hundreds of thousands of records from Little Green Light to Salesforce-Develop reports and dashboards to support both organizations\' needs.
