About Lefler
Currently, I am a social media manager for Hayward Pool Products. This role includes content creation, writing copy, follower interaction, and trade show representation. In the past as a digital marketing and eBusiness manager, I was responsible for e-mail campaigns, podcasting, blogging, social media, and video creation for one of the largest divisions of Parker Hannifin. Also, an experienced Applications Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry. I am a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with others, personal growth, and accomplishing work goals. I have a B.S. in mechanical engineering, and an MBA. In addition to the formal education, I completed Six Sigma Green Belt certification in January 2018.Personally, I enjoy film and sports. I also enjoy spending time with my wife and our pets.
