As a mission-driven CEO and education innovator, I’m passionate about transforming lives through accessible, career-focused education. For over 15 years, I’ve led multi-campus and online institutions across West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Ohio—designing programs that directly address workforce needs and empower students to succeed. Currently, I serve as Chief Executive Officer of West Virginia Junior College and its affiliate campuses. I champion strategic vision, drive operational excellence, and foster strong partnerships with industry, government, and community leaders. Whether it’s launching new healthcare training programs, navigating regulatory landscapes, or scaling online education, I thrive at the intersection of purpose and performance. My leadership is rooted in accountability, agility, and an unwavering belief in the power of education to change lives. Along the way, I’ve been honored with recognitions like the 2025 Vistage CEO Leadership Award and the 2025 Generation Next: 40 Under 40 by the WV State Journal. Outside the boardroom, I serve on multiple boards—including the WV Board of Nursing, Mon Health Foundation, and Compass Rose Foundation—and volunteer as a youth baseball coach. I’m a CPA (inactive), a business honors graduate from WVU, and a lifelong learner who values ethics, innovation, and service.
