This includes the following - Processing incoming bills and analyzing for correctness- Resolving internal and external discrepancies- Setting up all forms of payment- Reviewing contracts and recording in the data base-Completing Month End Close Reconciliations to meet strict deadlines - Streamlined the review process to improve turn around time from and average of 15+ days for reviewing > reimbursing to 8 days-Established a routine weekly meeting with the AP team to ensure reimbursements occur every Friday- Completed Zoom Syncs with both internal/external team members to troubleshoot issues. Tipalti - Reviewed and processed over 800 invoices-Finance/AP lead for assisting in rolling out the new T&E platform-Responsible for processing travel requests company-wide emphasizing communication to minimize cancelations costs-Continued involvement in improving the process internally and externally-Lead and created task lists to discuss in the cross-departmental meetings-Completed the official FAQ for Travel Perk. Summer interns- Managed both AP and AR interns for the month of June - August-Providing them with a structured, informative, educational, and hands-on accounting experience. Completed the official SOP for Card Connect: Built and presented slides for decks to the whole organization.
