I have spent over 26 years navigating the intricate world of Information Systems, acting as both the motor and glue that keeps everything running smoothly. My journey has taken me from managing supply chain systems to leading enterprise applications quality assurance at SharkNinja. I have had the privilege of guiding diverse teams through complex projects while building strong relationships with developers, business users and stakeholders, and vendors alike. Additionally, my work in the sharkclean.com and ninjakitchen.com DTC websites not only reduced defect leakage to production environments by 75% but also demonstrated failures in the project analysis which translated into costs savings.
