As a Senior Project Manager for Collaboratives at the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), I lead the day-to-day operations of 16 national collaboratives that bring state education leaders together to share best practices, strengthen professional learning, and drive alignment across key policy areas. In this role, I coordinate cross-functional teams, external consultants, and senior leadership to ensure that collaborative programming advances CCSSO’s mission and delivers meaningful impact for states.I bring more than 20 years of experience in career and technical education (CTE), adult learning, and educational leadership, including serving as Nevada’s Director of the Office of Career Readiness, Adult Learning, and Education Options and as Interim Deputy Superintendent of Educator Effectiveness and Family Engagement. My work has consistently focused on building systems that expand opportunities for learners, support educators, and improve outcomes at scale.My core strengths include staff development, program design, fiscal resource management, and cross-state collaboration. I am honored to have been recognized as an ACTE Region V Hall of Fame Inductee and a Google Certified Teacher.I am passionate about fostering communities of practice that elevate state education leaders, promote innovation, and ensure that every learner has access to high-quality opportunities.
