Compliance is my passion and expertise. I have been working as an Assistant Company Secretary at Simbhaoli Sugars Limited, a listed company, for over two years, managing various compliance assignments and ensuring adherence to all the corporate, securities, and capital market laws and regulations. I have successfully handled multiple tasks on event and continual basis, such as filing of periodic reports, drafting of resolutions and notices, conducting of board and general meetings, and liaising with regulators and stakeholders. I have also contributed to the implementation of the corporate governance framework and the compliance policy of the company. My education background has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role. I hold a Company Secretary (CS) degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours (BCom(Hons)) degree from Delhi University, where I studied banking, corporate, finance, and securities law, as well as business administration and management. I am always eager to learn new skills and keep myself updated with the latest developments and trends in the industry. My goal is to leverage my knowledge and skills to provide effective and efficient compliance solutions to the company and its clients.
