As a Lead UI/UX Designer, I lead and oversee all of Digital Media Services (DMS) software applications. Including shepherding new projects from an end-to-end design process. Delivering products alongside features that will impact and empower our core users groups across the studio. I work in a cross-functional product team and collaborate with several Developers, Support, Product Owners and Stakeholders to continue the growth of our ever expanding portfolio of applications. Keeping our users at the heart of every design decision I make by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to move the product forward. Iteratively refining my designs with usability testing and feedback. With my mature design process and proficient design aesthetic to execute both complex UI/UX and visual design tasks. In addition to my user-centered design process, I apply agile methodologies and practices to help best arrive to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is both usable and cost-saving at the same time. Championing design innovation and thinking for the team to design new and iterative product experiences that solve customer needs. Designing for cross-platforms applications including web, mobile, and apple tv. Learning new processes and tools to design for these platforms and adapting accordingly.
