I am Monica Thakur, a Company Secretary with significant post-qualification experience. My core competency lies in handling Corporate Secretarial Compliances under the Companies Act & FEMA Regulations. I have independently handled the compliance requirements of one of the largest group comprising over 16 entities which own and operates leasable life sciences & R&D facilities in South Asia. Apart from the regular compliances, I have been involved in handling Listing and Delisting compliances for the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). I have also undertaken the end-to-end documentation requirements for availing External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) and the monthly reporting for the same and handled short-term assignments relating to Shifting of Registered Office from one state to another. I am a yoga enthusiast, an amateur artist who is profoundly known as a bibliophile, I love connecting with new people and I am a philanthropist in making.
