Investigate, research, and report on various classified and non-classified government efforts, including DOD weapon system acquisitions, Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), DOD Science & Technology, and Transportation Security Administration Test & Evaluation. •Serve as a project manager, overseeing multiple concurrent projects at varying stages of completion, from initial program launch, investigative outline, and milestone goals. •Conduct extensive research, interviewing government resources and public/private stakeholders involved in each government program. Author reports on program aspects after evaluating program specifics, such as cost, production (manufacturing) schedule, and performance against foretasted and expected outcomes.•Establish interview questionnaires and best practices that clearly establish the investigative criteria for core evidence gathering. Educate staff on data analytics, auditing standards, and fraud detection. Arrange for team travel to various US locations working on collaborative investigative projects. •Interview government officials, vendors, and financial agencies to collect data, identify risks, and deliver an in-depth analysis that provides insights into specific program logistics: acquisition and sourcing, financial management, and resource allocation.
