We are a to-the-trade only company accessible to designers, architects, and specifiers. We solved a universal problem. Whether you're trimming rug pads yourself or hiring someone to do your installation, Nobody likes cutting rug pads. NOBODY!
The rug pad world is filled with too many choices. We curate and specify our products mill-direct our rug pads stand out and are the only pads specifically curated for high profile design installations. Your choices are simple Thick (Luxe) or Thin (Luxe Lite)
Click Ship and Rip-Registering for your trade account takes less than 2 minutes. All orders are placed online. You tell us Thick or Thin, the shape (Rectangle, Round or Square) and enter the exact size of your rug. We cut the pad 2" shorter on the length and width then add the two 1-inch perforations on the length and width. This is your insurance incase the label is incorrect or the rug is crooked, bowed, or just not quite perpendicular. Hint: this is about 90% of the time.
Now for the best part, we don't fold and roll pads like the other guys. We loosely fold every pad and box your order. This process eliminates dreaded Oversized charges.
Your order will be cut and shipped the same day we receive it. We use UPS and provide immediate tracking. Most orders arrive in 2 days (East Coast) or 3-to 4 days to the West Coast. If you are within a 170-mile radius of Atlanta you will get your product in 1 day. Take that Amazon!
When your box arrives it will be clearly marked. We place a receiver report label identifying the Project, the sizes of the pads, and the exact placement location( bedroom, kitchen) of your install.
