Hi, I’m Gopal. I design and deliver low-carbon, high-performance supply chains for mid-sized manufacturers, distributors and retailers.I lead Waterfront Ventures, a delivery-focused firm built to solve modern supply chain challenges. We work with businesses to reimagine and decarbonise their supply chains without the complexity or overhead of large consultancies.My career has taken me across industries including retail, FMCG, high-tech manufacturing and public services. I have led transformation programmes, decarbonisation strategies and complex sourcing initiatives for corporates, governments and growth-stage companies.While I’ve collected my fair share of credentials along the way, enough to pad a decent LinkedIn profile, it is the \"impact\" that gets me out of bed. I focus on building things that last, like resilient supply networks, scalable models and partnerships that hold up when things get messy.I believe people do their best work when they’re trusted to own it. Whether in the office, on the move or somewhere in between, autonomy drives better thinking, sharper decisions and stronger outcomes.
