CSF Medical Non Profit Foundation is a 501(c)3 National Non-Profit Organization.Mission: Provide aid, advocacy, and community resources to medically underserved, uninsured, individuals regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic or immigration status.CSF demonstrates genuine concern thereby building strong community partnerships to decrease social determinants and health inequities.Vision: Create the conditions for individuals to have access to no-costs:• Doctors and/or Specialists• Diverse medical exams for complete diagnosis • Health education• Surgical treatments (including surgical follow-up)Target Population: • Minorities • Migrants • Living in inequality • Medically uninsured • Job inequality• Difficulty accessing educationGoals: • Providing peace of mind by presenting solutions for families burdened with high-cost medical and surgical expenses. • Develop strategic national alliances to expand in the healthcare industry therefore actively increasing access to health services for neglected populations.• Expand patient reach by building micro clinics actively consolidating personalized experiences between doctors and patients, a concept carried on by CSF for the past 11 years.
