About Chris Serro

Currently leading a team overseeing all aspects of international transportation to/from the North America region.Between February 2025 and April 2026, I was a Senior Buyer for North America Transportation, focusing on the intra-North America (FTL, Fleet, Parcel) side of the business from the Procurement lens.From September 2019 to February 2025, I was a Transportation Analyst working out of Schneider Electric\'s Nashville hub. In this role, I was responsible for all of SE\'s Heavyweight Air and Parcel Volume for inbound flows to and within North America. Prior to this role, I held numerous roles (Manufacturing Supervisor, Material Analyst) across a 4.5 year span within our Smyrna TN manufacturing facility.In June 2015, I graduated from Schneider Electric\'s Supply Chain Advanced Development Program (ADP). The Advanced Development Program was a fantastic opportunity for me to get a variety of Supply Chain experience early in my career. My rotations in the ADP Program included Project Management within the APC Distribution Center in Middletown, Pennsylvania, Supervision in Mechanicsburg, Pennslylvania, and Purchasing (Buyer) and Materials (Materials Analyst) experience during my time in Peru, Indiana. I graduated in May of 2013 from the University of Tennessee with a Logistics (Supply Chain Management) degree and a minor in Marketing.
