As Vice Chancellor I invited Union Education Minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhrial \'Nishankh Ji\" and Padma Bhushan Sh. Rajat Sharma of India TV as Chief Guest and Guest of Honor in the 2nd Convocation of Sanskriti University, initiated Centre for Krishna Consciousness and more than 10 MOUs with Microsoft Learn, AWS Educate, NASSCOM, Paolo Alto etc. along with an innovative concept of BRAJBHOOMI UTTHAN ABHIYAN through rural students for Atmanirbhar Bharat in just 5 months.As Academic Administrator, I worked as Director, Campus of Open and Online Learning, Chairman, School of Open Learning students). During this tenure I digitally disrupted the institutions admission and administrative processes from offline to completely online through in house development of LMS and ERP, Admissions, Digital Library, Audio-video and flipped classrooms. I saved. The savings doubled to >78 million $ since 2013 (in my tenure) from Rs39 million $ in 1962 (Disruption Online) by 2018. As Director, Life Long Learning, I was responsible for ICT, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE),(more than 1700 online Lectures, 100s of Video lectures and > E-quizzes and preparing Live streaming of lectures for 4th Industrial Revolution innovation and skills.As Chairman Sports, Delhi University students received Three Medals in Asian Games, 2018 and three students participated in Rio Olympics 2016 as the first University in Indian History.I was Dean, Science Faculty, Head, Centre for Advanced Studies, Department of Geology, Chairman and Expert of Various Committees in UGC, DST, MOES,MOEF and MHRD as A Professor of Earth and Environment Science (For details request CV). As Professor of Earth and Environment Sciences I have more than 50 research publications mainly in International Journals IF varying up to 5, Edited 3 books, Cumulative Impact factor of published papers >75, more than 1430 citations (>.830 in last 5 years), Research projects > Rupees. 2 Crores, 2 PDF and 14 Ph.Ds. have been completed. I have one patent for treatment of Arsenic in Hazardous waters by a natural mineral Scolecite.I am also an Environmental Expert In EIA and EMP of Major Hydro and Industrial Projects in India. I have been conferred the title of Technology Evangelist by CISCO leaders in IT and Networking.I was nominated as the Ambassador for OER (Open Education Resources) by ICDE, Norway. I have been nominated as Expert member UGC/MHRD for conducting spot visits to the 10 Private Institutions for reviewing their readiness, prior to conferring the status of Institution of Eminence (IoE).
