I began practicing meditation 10 years ago. I learned about the powers of meditation through research after a major spiritual awakening. Since then, I have meditated all across the country in all kinds of public and private locations. I have been teaching across the United States since 2012. I received a Meditation Certification through Hari-kirtana das. Beyond meditation, I am also certified in Energy Medicine through the Allegany College of Maryland, and I am a level 1 and 2 Reiki healer. My motto “Peace Love Meditate” is a call for all to help create a better world through mindful action. I am also the co-founder of Project Bring Me 2 Life, a spiritually and socially conscious non-profit along with my partner Shannon Shine. I believe that through meditation, we can find our life’s purpose and gain the proper tools to follow that purpose.
