With over a decade of experience in leading and executing digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector. I am passionate about leveraging data, technology, and fostering growth mindsets to deliver business value. Previously, as the Digital Operations Lead for North America at Electrolux, I was responsible for scaling the innovation pipeline and Industry 4.0 capabilities in operational areas in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, purchasing, safety and sustainability. As well as governing smart factory standards, processes, and tools.Prior to joining Electrolux, I was an Industry 4.0 Specialist at Michelin, where I developed and managed strategies to automate and connect manufacturing sites in the Americas Zone, resulting in over $300M in opportunities. I also explored and deployed advanced robot technologies, such as cobots and AMRs, and connected them to digital platforms for data visualization and analytics. I have a strong background in automated technologies, project management, and operational excellence, as well as certifications in digital transformation and lean.
