About Me: I have a passion for Talent Acquisition and enjoy forming relationships with candidates whether at the executive level or nonmanagerial level. I started out in agency recruiting where I was accustomed to finding hard to find roles and managing a large volume of open requisitions. I ultimately landed in Corporate Recruiting, which has allowed me to focus on securing candidates that align to a company culture and provides me the creative direction to highlight a company brand. I rely on my expertise in strategic sourcing, developing relationships, networking and finding passive candidates that fit the experience, culture and attitude of the company for which I work. I\'ve been responsible for talent acquisition and staffing across all facets of business in oil & gas, engineering, accounting, manufacturing, IT and Consulting. I am Certified Personnel Consultant(CPC) and a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist(CTS) from the National Association of Personal Services. I have placed candidates at various levels and experience on project implementations and employment engagements. The positions have included senior level executives(C-Level), VP\'s, directors, project managers, systems analysts, software engineers, developers, sales and marketing, engineers, attorneys, accountants and many other staffing needs as required. Along with Recruiting knowledge, I bring professionalism, integrity, dependability, common sense and business savvy. Prior to a career change to Recruiting, I held various roles in Information Technology to include Director of Web Services, Technical Support Manager, Project Manager, Senior Systems Engineer and Network Administrator roles. In total I spent 10 years in IT leading teams of 5-10 and still remain technical which has proven to be helpful throughout my career.
